The GP-Ultimate 120×20 is developed to create the perfect heat transfer between coolers and uneven surfaces such as DRAM ICs, VRM ICs, power MOSFETs, NVRAM ICs and other heat-generating SMDs. Thanks to its "multilayer matrix", superior material composition and the ultimate heat transfer capability of 15W/mK, the GP-Ultimate 120×20 is the best in its class.

Gp-Ultimate 120×20 is non-conductive, corrosive, curing, toxic and can withstand temperatures from -60°C to 220°C.  It is very easy to apply thanks to its size of 120x20mm and also fits larger modules such as RAM, GPU and CPU VRM, M.2 SSD and other tightly packed electronic devices.

Do not forget to remove the protective plastic from both sides before assembly.

The product is classified as a hygiene product and thus has NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

We have tested these thermal pads on Lexar NM610 M.2 NVMe 250GB SSD for which we cut the 0.5mm thermal pads from both categories to the size of M.2 SSD Type 2280.
